Mandatory Unboxing Video
For any refund or exchange request, a complete unboxing video is mandatory — starting from opening the package to showing the product condition.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To be eligible, the item must be:
In the same condition as received (unworn, unused).
Packed in its original packaging.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

The unboxing video as proof.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
Share pictures and/or the unboxing video so our team can review and resolve the issue.

Refunds
Refunds are only applicable for approved cases of damage, defect, or wrong product received.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will confirm approval or rejection.
If approved:
70% of the order value will be refunded.
30% will be deducted as processing & handling charges.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow time for your bank/credit card provider to complete the transaction.
